CONFIDENCE BACKED BY PSYCHOLOGY

You're not underqualified. You're under pressure.

Imposter feelings before a presentation? A mind that goes blank in English meetings despite years of fluency? The exhaustion of monitoring every word with racing thoughts that scatter exactly when you need focus?

These aren't character flaws, and they aren't competence gaps. They're what pressure does to cognition - working memory, attention, self-monitoring. Which is in fact good news: what psychology can explain, training can change.

I combine an MSc in Psychology, an MA in Linguistics, CBT-based methods, and 20 years in international business to work on the real mechanism - not the symptoms.

About Me

PSYCHOLOGIST. LINGUIST. TWENTY YEARS Managing high-stakes programmes under pressure

I spent two decades in international business - global organisations, the City of London, high-stakes rooms in my second language. That experience turned into a professional question: why do capable people lose access to their abilities under pressure - and what actually helps? Finding the answer became my second career. I offer coaching and psychoeducation, grounded in evidence-based psychology. And when therapy is the better path, I'll let you know - and help you find it.

MY TRAINING & MEMBERSHIPS: MSc Psychology (University of London) | MA Linguistics (University of Warsaw) | PGdip Project Management (Warsaw University of Technology) | CBT-trained (APT) | GMBPsS | BACP member | part of the team at OCPC Warsaw | volunteer at Wave Hub in London
