Get in touch to learn more about the pricing or to book your schedule and proceed with payment. We will email you all the details including an account number for your payment and the Course Agreement. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an individual Skype meeting link with instructions on dialling in. Looking forward to our first lesson!
What if I have to cancel my lesson?
Sometimes life gets in the way and we have to run after other responsibilities. We are fully aware of that. Our Premium offer is designed to meet the needs of those with a lot on their plate. Our Cancellation Policy for Premium Package students allows for one lesson cancellation 24 hours prior to the actual session with a full refund. In emergency Basic and Pro Package students will have an option of rescheduling one lesson if there is a free slot available in the teacher’s timetable.
I have never used Skype. Is that a problem?
No problem at all! Once you’re booked and ready to start, our teacher will give you a call and walk you through the process of downloading and using any software that is neccessary to kick off your course.
How do I pay?
After you’ve agreed on your schedule our Team member will send you the account number for your course payment and the Course Agreement. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a link to a Skype meeting with your teacher along with instructions on dialling in.
